Own the front-end architecture: Design, build and maintain a modern single-page application (React + TypeScript) that scales with our growing customer base.
Turn ideas into delightful UX: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Product Design to translate Figma mock-ups into accessible, high-performance components.
Ship quality, not just features: Write unit / integration tests, set up visual regression checks and automate CI/CD to keep regressions at bay.
Champion performance & accessibility: Measure, profile and optimise Core Web Vitals; enforce WCAG 2.2 AA standards so every user is included.
Collaborate across the stack: Consume GraphQL & REST APIs, give constructive feedback on API design and occasionally pitch in on Node/Go services.
Mentor & learn: Review PRs, share knowledge in guilds, and never stop levelling up—whether through conferences, books or pair-programming.
3 + years professional experience with React, Vue or Angular (React + TypeScript strongly preferred).
Solid grasp of modern HTML/CSS, responsive design and CSS-in-JS (we use Tailwind).
Familiarity with state-management patterns (Redux, Zustand or similar) and data-fetching best practices.
Experience building accessible interfaces (ARIA, keyboard support, screen readers).
Comfortable working with design systems (Storybook, Figma tokens) and component libraries.
Nice to have: Testing Library/Cypress, GraphQL, WebSockets, internationalisation, or an interest in legal-tech.
